Listed below are sites that I have worked on recently.
Please note that I often work on backend systems so not all work is available visually.
Shipping Services
Design, Logo, HTML, DB, Programming
ShipShieldThis was a large programming project that incorporated a very large encrypted database structure, with multiple API services and vendor control panels.
The project used GeoIP and Google's Address API's to provide address normalization, along with postback services for vendors. Security of information was a big concern and data is encrypted on multiple levels, with a complete audit trail of information access.
The project was written in C# using a MS SQL Database. The service offers API's using both WCF Web Services and standard HTTPS GET.

Social Network

Virtual VancouverThis is part of a network of white-label social websites, this was a supporting services site for a 3D Virtual Worlds company. I developed many new pieces and rewrote much of the older codebase. There were many subservices created in relation to the virtual currency, billing services, 3D avatar customization and profile management.
Billing services utilized multiple payment gateways for credit card, check and telephone based payments and in multiple currencies. Subscription based billing services were re-written from scratch for a more reliable and secure billing service.
The project was written in C#, VB.Net utilizing WCF Web Services and an MS SQL Database.

Video Technology
Design, HTML, DB, Programming, Flash
360 ReplaysComprising of more than a website frontend based in flash, this was a very large software and hardware project. With a budget of $800k which I managed, I created a 3D robotic camera system that generated "matrix-style" video playback in realtime. The video was processed using distributed processing techniques, and all of the moving cameras were syncronized in 3D space so they pointed at the same object. The system was managed from a mobile broadcast truck using only 2 workstation consoles.
The system was patented and featured in many publications and television broadcasts.
The software was designed primarily using C#, and C++. Website is Flash AS3 and PHP.
